The Workout
I’ve never done boxing before, is that ok?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to allow everyone to work out at their own pace, especially if you’re new. If it’s your first time you’ll start with our Technique Class to learn the ropes.
What is the Technique Class?
Our technique class is compulsory for everyone joining us. It ensures we get to know your body’s abilities and limitations and you get to know our punchwork and class structure. You’ll get to meet your coach and ask any burning questions. You’ll also learn how to use our equipment and the correct punches to get the most out of your training. We’ll help you book your tech class and get started as soon as possible.
When does the 28 Days actually start?
As a new member your package doesn’t start until you take your first class. EG Purchase a 28 day Getting Started Package today and not take your first class for a week. The 28 days starts from when you take your first class.
It’s been a long time since I was fit. Is that ok?
You can join us with zero fitness experience through to already having spent time working out, all levels are welcomed and all levels are catered for.

What if I’m injured, can I still box?
We encourage everyone to have a go regardless of limitations. If you love the idea of boxing, then we’ll help you work within your abilities. Currently we have ladies who are able to participate while still looking after their shoulder, knee and back injuries
How quickly will I see results?
Boxing is a high calorie burn workout that involves using a wide range of muscles groups. It works hand in hand with a good food plan on your weight loss journey. You can expect to see results in as little as 4 weeks. It's also a great way of relieving stress. You feel good after punching the bag!
