About Us
At Punch Love, we’re more than a gym. We’re a movement built by women, for women at every stage of life. We know how easy it is to lose yourself in the chaos of work, family, and change – from your 20’s & 30’s through your 40s, 50s, and beyond.
That’s why we created a space where you can get strong, feel seen, and connect with other women who get it.
Through boxing, strength training, women’s health education and real community connection, we help you rediscover what you’re capable of, no matter your age or starting point.

What we do
At Punch Love, we’re a group of women-only gyms in the Hills & Hawkesbury region that offers boxing, strength, and fitness training designed specifically for women of all ages and abilities.
Our focus? Creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel strong, confident, and completely at ease whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it.
Boxing + Strength Classes For Women
Our BX+S classes combine both boxing, strength, and HIIT conditioning for the ultimate total body workout. Every class is designed to get you results faster and fit your busy life. We train your whole body, because women’s bodies and lives change with every season. Whether you’re stepping in for the first time or coming back stronger, our workouts are built for real women of every age, stage, and ability.
Women-only Personal Training

No experience is needed to participate at Punch Love. Our youngest women are 12 and some of our wisest in the community are in their late 80’s. You’re never too old ! At Punch Love your best is yet to come!

We believe busy women need flexibility. Custom training packages to suit your ever changing commitments & personal goals. Complete flexibility to suspend and move between packages as needed.
