LEARN THE FUNDEMENTALS
Every new Punch Lover coming for boxing training completes a TECHNIQUE Fundamentals Class before starting in boxing classes. Our coaches will take you through each punch and each round so you know what to expect.
Bring your own wraps and gloves or purchase a set when you come to your technique class.
We know how important it is for us both to get to know each other first. Here we’ll discuss any injuries & training options. We cater for all ages, all abilities and all fitness and skill levels. Our promise to you is that you will be able to do this. You’ll be looked after by our incredible team of coaches and the other ladies in our community.

FIRST CLASS
Arrive 10 mins before class starts. Allow extra time for traffic and parking the first time.
Bring a large towel / water & wear comfortable workout clothes
It’s ok to feel nervous. We’ll introduce you to other ladies, just like you in our fabulous community.
You’ll be amazed just how fast class goes and how much fun you had working out!
Commit to yourself and your training. Book your classes ahead. ( you can book up to 1 month ahead) Your mission is to get 3 a week for the first month. This will really get your muscles & metabolism firing, energy boosted and those feel good hormones pumping to every cell in your body!
