Every new member at Punch Love begins with one FUNDAMENTALS session. Our experienced coaches will guide you through each punch and strength move, so you know exactly what to expect.

Bring Your Gear
Bring your own wraps and gloves or purchase a set when you come to your fundamentals class. -
Get Acquainted
We’ll discuss any injuries and training options, ensuring we cater to all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Our promise is that you will be able to do this, supported by our incredible team of coaches and our welcoming community of women. -

STEP 02 YOUR FIRST CLASS
What to Expect on Your First Day

Arrive Early
Arrive 10 minutes before class starts to allow extra time for traffic and parking. -
Bring Essentials
Bring Essentials: Bring a large towel, and water, and wear comfortable workout clothes. -
Feel at Ease
It’s normal to feel nervous. We’ll introduce you to other women in our fabulous community. -
Enjoy the Experience
You’ll be amazed at how fast the class goes and how much fun you have working out!
