Work through habits and roadblocks that don’t serve you. Develop new habits that keep you on track. Learn new skills to manage eating out, travel for work, holidays, weddings, and functions. This is a normal part of life. We don’t avoid them; we teach you how to work with them for life.
Accountability
Accountability and support to overcome habits and roadblocks.
Daily accountability and support with weekly check-ins to keep you on track and moving toward your goal. We’re okay to have the tough conversations because we want you to reach your goal.
Goal Setting for Results
Create a long-term goal and plan for success.
Set weekly mini-goals and actions for nutrition and activity. We recommend a minimum 12-week commitment, depending on your goals. Larger goals may require 24 weeks or longer.

Do I have to give up wine / socialising / eating out / chocolate to get results?
Our program doesn’t believe in strict diets. You’ll will NEVER tell you to completely give up your favourite foods and drinks. You CAN lose weight and keep it off while still enjoying chocolate, social occasions and wine.
Sure, you can’t eat your favourite dessert for every single meal, but you’ll work together to create a nutrition plan that allows you to enjoy your favourites while still losing weight and reaching your goals.
I’m super busy - can I really make this work?
Our program is convenient and flexible to add into your daily routine. We never want to add any extra stress into your life. It’s busy enough already. When you are busy, it’s all about the planning and habits. You’ll be coached through it one step at a time so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
Reaching your goal is our #1 priority. We’ll work with you to create nutrition, exercise, and mindset habits that fit into the life you lead today. Whether that means you’re working full time, studying, travelling, running a family or juggling all the above.
I’ve tried lots of diets in the past. What makes this different?
There are huge benefits to having a 1:1 coach. Firstly, you have hired your very own private accountability buddy. We promise to keep you accountable… we’re ok with having those tough conversations because we know how important your goals are.
Secondly, you can use the time you have available each week with your coach to really drill down into what works / doesn’t work for you and your lifestyle. Your personal coach will keep you on track, support and guide you through those difficult days & decisions. Life isn’t smooth, there are always speedbumps to navigate, you’ll learn tools to create new pathways & habits and keep you moving forward. An online food plan can’t teach you those 1:1 skills.
We don’t believe in following fads or trends. There’s no meal replacements / fasting / keto or other ‘current’ diets. The habit changes & the nutrients recommended are backed by science and get real results for long term sustainability.
This program is unique to YOU. So too is your goal. There’s no mass produced program here. Simple, one on one, weekly coaching calls, accountability and guidance when ever you need, to get you to your goal.
