In the last three years I’ve turned my life and health around. I lost a bunch of weight, started walking, then running and as soon as the doors opened at Punch Love Castle Hill I was there. At nearly 48 I’ve never been happier or fitter in my adult life.
It was time to get strong. Strong to improve my running, fill in some of my saggy skin, reduce injury, be a better example for my kids, build my own confidence and to test myself. 4 months in & I’m gaining everything I hoped for and more! I’m clearly stronger & more defined, I can do proper pushups and squat 105kg. My coaches know how to get the most from me & they’re such amazing teachers & cheerleaders. I look forward to my sessions every week. Next big goal is I have a breast reduction and skin removal surgery planned. The goal is to go into that surgery in the best shape of my life!
